To deliver with us, you need to be at least 18 years old. You will also need an Apple or Android smartphone with data as well as a vehicle of your choice - a moped, bike or car - plus license and the correct insurance. To receive your money you should have a bank account. Additionally, when signing up, we may ask for a copy of your passport and proof of your right to work in the UK.

Delivering with Just Eat means you will make money for each delivery. The courier app will send you delivery ‘offers’. You can review each of these offers and decide if you’d like to complete the delivery.

Safety is always our priority. Everybody who delivers is required to share an existing, or complete a new, criminal background and right to work (RTW) check. Completing a new check takes about 15 minutes. For new checks, you’’ll receive an email from a company called Sterling.

We have a range of equipment you can purchase for a very resonable price depending on your needs from jackets, helmets and of course our thermal bags to ensure food is delivered safely and correctly. There's no obligation to use Just Eat branded equipment. Feel free to use your own equipment however, you must ensure that it meets our minimum safety requirements.

Yes, we mainly operate a closed network. This is to help make sure we maintain a balance of couriers and orders. When things are busy, you might have the opportunity to jump on a “open runs” and start delivering straight away.
