Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to use my perks?

No, using your perks is completely optional. They are available to help you maximise your earnings, and enjoy rewards, but you are free to use only the ones that suit your needs.

Do my perks expire?

Your perks remain available as long as you maintain the level required to unlock them. If you move to a different level in the program, your available perks will update to match your new level's perks.

Can I use my discounts multiple times?

It depends on the specific perk:

Onsi Marketplace / Fuel Discounts: Yes, you can use these ongoing savings for regular shopping and fuel fill-ups.
Courier Webshop Vouchers: Kit and accessory discounts are tied to your current level's specific allowances (e.g., claiming your gear discount or free kit).

Always check the individual partner's landing page via the perk list in-app on your Extra page, or within this article for the exact terms and conditions.

Do I need to sign up separately for each partner perk?

Yes, for third-party partnerships (such as Onsi, Tax’d, Eskuta, or Zoomo), you will need to click the link in your app to register an account directly on the partner's platform so they can apply for your exclusive Just Eat courier discount.

How much can I withdraw with Fast Cash?

You can instantly cash out your available delivery earnings directly to your bank account, subject to the following transactional rules designed to keep the system secure:

Minimum limit: A minimum balance of £20.00 is required per transaction to ensure reasonable value on each cash out.
Maximum per transaction: You can withdraw a maximum of £300.00 per transaction.
Daily maximum limit: There is a daily cash-out ceiling of £1,000.00. Your precise available balance can be viewed directly on the Earnings screen in your app.

Does the Onsi discount work automatically?

No, it does not apply automatically at standard checkout counters. To use your boosted discounts at Tesco, ASDA, Sainsbury's, ALDI, and Shell, you must first access the Onsi platform using the "Save now" link in your app to redeem the offers or purchase your discounted vouchers.

Does "create runs anytime" (Gold) mean unlimited runs?

You have the functionality to create a run whenever you want, but availability still depends on customer demand in your zone. Creating a run doesn't guarantee orders – it just gives you the option to go online without waiting for scheduled slots.

I levelled up but my perks aren't showing. What should I do?

First, try fully closing and restarting your Courier App to refresh your level status. If you have confirmed your new level in the app but your perks still show as locked or unavailable, please contact us using the support form using the “Extra Perks: External Partners” contact reason, ensuring you use the email address linked to your courier account.
