FAQs
I’m a new courier. When does my Extra level activate?
All active couriers are automatically enrolled in the programme. Once you activate your courier account, you'll start at Bronze level. Whilst you're automatically enrolled, you're never required to use the perks – they're just there when you need them. Your level will still be calculated and displayed in the app, ready for you whenever you want to make the most of your perks.
Any deliveries you make in your first month will count towards your level next month. Your Courier Stats metrics are updated daily and your level updates on the 1st of every month in your Courier App.
How does Extra help me earn more?
Silver and Gold couriers receive early access to open runs before anyone else. This means you get first access (48hrs before) to book runs– giving you more opportunities to choose your preferred delivery times and increase your earning opportunities. Gold couriers can enjoy the create a run anytime feature, meaning they can log on anytime and start delivering. To find out more about perks, check out this article.
How do I access my perks?
Most perks are available through the Extra page in the Courier App. Some, (like open run and anytime access ) work automatically based on your level – no extra steps needed.
Why isn't this programme available in my city yet?
We're rolling out the programme city by city to ensure the best possible experience for everyone. If it isn't in your area just yet, it's coming soon. Keep an eye on your Courier App and email for updates.
